Terms of sale

​The price includes the rental of the house for 6 people

Meals are not included.

Price for one week: -10%.
-
A booking requires a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

In case of cancellation, a penalty of 10% will be deducted from the deposit.

In case of cancellation less than 15 days before the planned date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded except in case of force majeure.
Rules and Regulations

The house cannot accommodate more than 6 people.​

It is forbidden to eat or smoke in the rooms.
-
It is forbidden to use hairdryers (The electricity is only solar. The system would not support the hairdryer).

Pets are not allowed
-
Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited (we are in a national wildlife refuge). .
-
Check-in is between 3.00 pm and 6.00 pm.
-
Check-out is before 11.00 am.

Important information
-
The rooms do not have air conditioning, but the sea air and powerful fans maintain an ideal temperature and keep direct contact with nature.
-
A keeper stays full time in a independent apartment behind the house.
-
In accordance with Costa Rican regulations, your passport may be requested upon arrival for guest registration and invoicing.
