BEACH HOUSE, BETWEEN BEACH, SEA, RIVER, MANGROVE AND JUNGLE

The house is on the beach. It offers a fabulous panoramic view, from the terraces and rooms (and even from your bed), of the beach, the Golfo Dulce, the jungle and the tropical garden.

The terraces, the beach and the trails allows you to discover and observe, on the spot, the exceptional wildlife of this incredible region.

The beach is perfect for swimming. The waves are small and there are no currents.

Punta Preciosa is located in the best preserved and most fascinating region of Costa Rica, presented by the National geographic as "The Most Intense biologically Place on Earth". The house is located in the heart of the Refugio de Vida Silvestre Preciosa Platanares, between the beach, the jungle and the river.

The house is very open to the outside and allows direct contact with nature. It has several spaces to share pleasant moments of conviviality.

The house has three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a large terrace… It is very open to the outside, which allows a direct contact with nature.  

 

The rooms

The rooms are decorated with Cristobal wood. The furniture was made in local wood. They are very open to the outside and are protected by mosquito nets. There is no air conditioning but the fresh sea air and powerful fans allow you to to appreciate a bit of freshness.

1 – Almendro Room

• The Almendro room has a superb view of the beach and the gulf. You will be able, in particular, to admire the sunrise from your bed…

• The room has 1 KingSize bed (high quality mattresses and box springs), a private bathroom (washbasin, shower with hot water and toilet), a small desk, a chair, an armchair, a wardrobe and a private terrace with armchairs.

 

2 – Ilan Ilan Room

• The Ilan Ilan room has a superb view of the beach and the gulf. You will be able, in particular, to admire the sunrise from your bed…

• The room has 2 twin beds (high quality mattresses and box springs), a private bathroom (washbasin, shower with hot water and toilet), a small desk, a chair, an armchair, a wardrobe and a private terrace with armchairs.

 

3 – Cacao Room

• The Cacao room has a view of the tropical garden.

• The room has 2 twin beds (high quality mattresses and box springs), a private bathroom (washbasin, shower with hot water and toilet), a small desk, a chair.

Guest access

You have, in an exclusive way, the whole house (bedrooms, terraces, living room, kitchen…) except the small apartment, completely independent, located on the ground floor, at the back of the house in which we live. We are at your disposal to inform you or to organize your activities. We are very discreet.​​
